- 1–2.5 kg: 20–50 mL
- 2.6 kg and above: 50 mL
Age: 1–3 Months
- Up to 1 kg: 10–30 mL
- 1–2 kg: 30–60 mL
- 2.6 kg and above: 60 mL
Age: 3 Months & Above
- Up to 1 kg: 20 mL/kg body weight
- 1–2.5 kg: 200 mL per feeding
- 2.6 kg and above: Mix directly into food
